Burnet - We’ve flown the coop…

Wednesday, April 6 was our first outing as a retired couple. We took a quick two day trip to my sister’s place in Burnet, TX. We often travel here to visit my sister, Kay, and her husband, Randy. We enjoy the Hill Country scenery and vineyards. We usually help with small ranch projects, cook, drink wine and solve world problems with the Lesters. Lots of fun! In the springtime, hummingbirds migrate through the Hill Country. I have never seen so many hummingbirds all competing for the best spot at the feeders. The photos and video show some amazing images of these tiny creatures but still don’t do them justice.
